RETURN & REFUND POLICY
You may return the merchandise for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase, but no refunds. Please direct all return inquiries to info@thekaijushop.com. Returns made without contacting THE KAIJU SHOP first will not be accepted. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and packaging. You'll have to cover the return shipping and other fee.
Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:
- Products returned after 14-days from receipt of shipping confirmatio
- Products that have been opened
- Products damaged or defaced by customer (beyond our ability to resell)
